Refund policy

30-day returns

We want you to love your routine. If you're not happy with a purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

What can be returned

Items must be unused and unopened, in their original packaging with any seals intact.
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened or used skincare unless it arrived damaged or was the wrong item.
Items from a routine set can be returned individually. The refund for each item reflects the price you actually paid after any discount.

Free returns

Return shipping is on us. To start a return, email us at noahmogle5@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns go to our fulfillment partners rather than a single address.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, leaking or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item, for example for a different cleanser size, is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
